The Proposed Project is a Compliance Review, pursuant to the Zoning Administrator's authority to require the applicant to file an application, as stipulated by Condition No. 27 of Case No. ZA-1972-20725-O-PA2-1A and pursuant to LAMC Section 13B.2.2. H. for the purposes of reviewing the applicant's compliance with the effectiveness of the Conditions regulating the operations of the Banning Oil Drill Site. No new drilling, re-drilling, deepening, well maintenance, construction, or other work is proposed as part of the Project.
