To allow a one-day public festival (“Annual Port of Hueneme - Banana Festival”) to occur on Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The festival will consist of a static vintage car show with a DJ, food and retail vendors, recreational children’s area, live art exhibition area, alcohol service booths, a main entertainment stage featuring live entertainment, commercial/industrial mechanical equipment exhibits, land and boat port tours, and general informational booths within the Port of Hueneme’s Sunkist Parking Lot, generally located south of 105 E. Hueneme Road, and along South Market Street and West Surfside Drive.
