The site is developed and the Conditional Use Permit Modification is to allow for the existing Grocery Outlet grocery store to add sales of beer, wine, and distilled spirits with an upgrade to a Type 21 ABC License from an existing Type 20 ABC License. The applicant is proposing no physical expansion of the building or the site.
