Document Description
The proposed project will expand and update the existing fire lane at California School for the Deaf with a new 20-foot-wide concrete lane and turnaround area to meet current Fire code standards. Work will remove approximately 5,400 square feet of lawn and open cell pavers on either side of the fire lane and a turnaround area by excavating approximately 12 inches down and replacing with concrete. Additional work will remove and replace the existing light poles, electrical pull boxes, remove a bench, and install 6 concrete benches along the fire lane.
