Document Description
The Project proposes a Change of Zone (CZ) for the eastern portion of the site form A-1 (Light Agriculture) to R-2 (Multiple Family Dwellings). The proposed Project includes a Site Development Permit (SDP) the construction of a 7 multiple family residential units in 4 buildings, and one 1,800 square foot detached recreational vehicle (RV) storage building on an approximately 0.95-acre vacant site.
