The Project is limited to one encroachment for improvements to the spillway of an existing on-stream pond. Work for the spillway will include excavation of material from the existing spillway, and installation of a 6-foot-wide, by 2-foot-deep and 10-foot-long riprap spillway, and 8-foot-wide by 8 to 12-foot long velocity dissipator.
