Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. LAK-57427-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Scott Barnett. The project is limited to construction of a 10 foot by 20 foot swim platform and a 17 foot by 30 foot covered boat lift, each connected to a 5 foot by 35 foot long pier using 3 foot by 24 foot gangways. The platform, boat lift and piers will be supported by a total of 13, 8 inch diameter pilings, driven using a free fall hammer method with a soft start. No digging or drilling will be used. The pier will be attached to an existing seawall. No vegetation is present in the impacted areas. All construction activities will be performed in the lake with the use of pontoon boats and barge. 1 Clearlake Avenue or 1624 Parallel Dr will be used for launching and staging materials on the barge.
