Document Description
The purpose of this project is to install a mini-split heat pump in residence 1 at Brannan Island State Recreation Area for the purpose of climate control. Work will: Use hand tools to excavate an area approx. 6-inch-deep x 27-inch-long x 60-inch wide; Backfill the area with 2-inches of rock substrate and pour a 4-inch-thick concrete pad to grade; Mount the condenser unit onto the concrete pad parallel to the building; Install two (2) air handlers inside the residence; Use hand tools to bore two (2) 3-inch diameter holes through the building and connect condenser to inside air handler units via conduit; and Remove the old, out of code electrical pane and install a new up-to-code electrical panel with new breakers.
