Document Description
The purpose of this project is to re-paint the exterior of the Locke Boarding House Museum at the Delta Meadows Park Property to restore the building to its original appearance. State Parks will hire a licensed contractor to clean the exterior of the building, scrape failing paint and caulking, remove failing window glazing, and sand failed paint areas. Once preparation for painting is complete, the contractor will prime bare wood and caulk trim joints and holes. The building exterior will then be painted with two (2) coats to match the current colors.
