Reasons for Exemption
The project consists of the demolition of an existing 14,000SF retail/commercial structure and the new construction of an 8,000Sf multi-tenant retail pad within an existing 6.13 acre commercial shopping center. The project will result in the net reduction of 6,000SF in gross retail space and no trees will be removed as part of this project. The project also includes off-site improvements relating to ADA and the reconstruction of any damaged sidewalks and/or drive approaches.
