Document Description
The purpose of the Project is to remove a portion the existing fixed easterly and westerly piers, reconstruct new fixed easterly and westerly piers, rebuild the westerly floating pier, and install a new easterly floating pier at the subject property on Donner Lake. The reconstructed piers will be constructed of steel pilings by driven using a drop or vibratory hammer operating from a barge or amphibious vehicle. Thirty-eight existing wood posts and concrete footings totaling 206.7 square feet (0.004 acres) of lakebed impact will be removed, and 45 driven steel pilings totaling 37.9 square feet (0.001 acres) of lakebed impact will be installed. The project will result in the reestablishment of 168.8 square feet (0.003 acres).
