The Real Estate Division will request Board of Harbor Commissioners’ approval to execute a Sixth Amendment to Pipeline License HD-7832 with Olympus Terminal LLC, located on Pier C. The proposed amendment would allow Olympus to install cathodic protection system, including the installation of groundbeds connected by a new 2.5-inch pipeline totaling 205 linear feet in length. The license may be terminated by Olympus upon 30 days’ prior written notice, and terminable by the Port upon 90 days’ prior written notice.
