Caltrans approves of the encroachment permit that SIFI Networks to install 4"HDPE conduit with fiber optic cable with tracer wire at post mile (PM) R27.33 on Tapo Canyon Rd under SR 118, as well as perform temporary traffic control in the City of Simi Valley, County of Ventura. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 48 inches, an average width of 12 inches, and a maximum length of 759 linear feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
