Document Description
Install new 55-foot-tall tip-down tower with new rotating beacon on a new concrete foundation (in an extensively disturbed apron shoulder). The concrete foundation will be about 5 feet by 5 feet (square) and up to 60 inches deep. Install new pull box & duct near new tower location (intercept existing floodlight duct with new pull box, install new duct from new pull box to beacon tower [approx. 10-feet of new duct]). Install new cable in existing duct. Electrical upgrades in existing electrical vault.

There is no reasonable possibility that the project will have a significant effect on the environment due to the unusual circumstances within the meaning of CEQA Guidelines Section 15300.2.
