The existing 6-inch diameter cast iron (CI) pipe from the San Rafael Lift Station extends approximately 700 feet to its discharge point on Sybil Avenue and services approximately 100 properties. The pipe has deteriorated significantly due to corrosion and has reached the end of its service life. A full replacement is now required.
