The units will be available to both church parishioners and the general public. • 69 senior living units in a three-story, multi-family apartment building with a total area of 44,499 square feet. The units will be available to both church parishioners and the general public. • A 5,867-square-foot, two-story office building for church administration. • A 36,660-square-foot, multi-purpose building with amenities for church members. The building would also contain a childcare center for up to 180 children, that would be open to the general public.
