Caltrans approves of the encroachment permit for So Cal Gas to remove approximately 20 feet of 2-inch steel pipe located within Caltrans' right-of-way (R/W), located at the entrance to Northbound HWY103 from East I Street at Postmile PM 1.138 in the City of Los Angeles, County of Los Angeles. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 60 inches, an average width of 48 inches, and a maximum length of 4 linear feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
