Reasons for Exemption
There is no reasonable possibility that the project would have a significant effect on the environment or damage scenic resources because there will be only minor changes to the existing telecommunication tower and minimal improvements within the ground lease area. Based on the proposed project as described above, the AT&T Auberge Du Soleil Site Telecommunication Facility Site Plan Approval Modification meets the criteria for eligibility under Item No. 2 of Appendix B of Napa County’s Local Procedures for Implementing CEQA (Additional Categorically Exempt Projects in Napa County). The project is not on any lists of hazardous waste sites.
