Document Description
Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Charter Communications excavation of 74 linear feet of fiber optic cable for the underground placement to access the existing fiber pedestal/vault for the purpose of pulling fiber through the existing underground conduit, as well as to perform associated temporary traffic control activities in the City of Long Beach, County of Los Angeles. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 54 inches, an average width of 12 inches, and a maximum length of 74 linear feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
