Document Description
The project consists of rehabilitation of approximately 11,932 feet of existing corroded 12-inch through 30-inch diameter non-reinforced concrete pipe (NRCP), reinforced concrete pipe (RCP), and vitrified clay pipe (VCP) on the Bouquet Canyon Trunk, San Fernando Road Trunk, District #32 Main Trunk, and Valencia Trunk Sewers with cured-in-place pipe liner and 40 manholes with a protective coating system.

The project consists of four (4) segments. This first segment (MH 32 0259 to 32 0074) is within the Valencia Water Reclamation Plant (WRP) property adjacent to the Old Road. The second segment (MH 32 0169 to 32 0163) begins at the intersection of Valencia Blvd. and McBean Parkway, then continues north on McBean Parkway to Magic Mountain Parkway. The third segment (MH 32 1244 to 32 1235) begins at the intersection of Bouquet Canyon Road and Festividad Drive, then south on Bouquet Canyon Road to 600 feet south of Newhall Ranch Road. The fourth segment (MH 32 1176 to 32 1159) begins in Springbrook Avenue, then north on Springbrook Avenue crossing into private property and Metrolink property until ending at the inlet works for the Saugus WRP.
