The project consists of an acquisition of approximately 215 acres of natural land (Property) located in Santa Cruz adjacent to the University of California, Santa Cruz Campus Natural Reserve, Moore Creek Preserve, Wilder Ranch, and the Mima Meadow. The Property consists of two parcels: APN 059-041-36 (14.35 acres) and APN 059-041-37 (200.68 acres) and is primarily undisturbed coastal prairie, coastal scrub, and riparian habitat land.
