Document Description
The applicant is proposing to establish diesel fuel pumps and temporary overnight tractor trailer parking at an existing convenience store and gas station located at 19520 Grangeville Blvd., Lemoore, Assessor’s Parcel Number 004-200-040. The proposed fuel tanks would include three (3) 12,000-gallon fuel tanks, five (5) pumps for fueling, a 2,008 square foot canopy, a 5,000-gallon DEF above ground tank, and fifteen (15) parking spaces for 48-hour overnight tractor trailer parking. Tractor trailer parking customers will have access to restroom facilities during business hours of the convenience store, which are from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm. The tractor trailer parking will be operational twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.
