The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLA-59754-R2, pursuant to
Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Hidden Valley Community
Association.
The Agreement covers routine maintenance of Miners Ravine for the purposes of maintaining
channel capacity, preventing erosion, and protecting existing culvert and bridge crossings
within the community.
