The Project would implement a new pedestrian and bicycle facilities with the purpose of improving safety, access, and mobility for residents and visitors near downtown Upland. The Project does not induce single-occupancy vehicle trips, add additional highway lanes, widen highways, or add physical infrastructure or striping to highways. Refer to Attachment 1 for details on the Statutory Exemption applicability.
