Document Description
The scope of work generally consists of the rehabilitation of an existing roadway using Full Depth Reclamation (FDR), along Oakwood Avenue between Main Street and Mojave Street. Work includes pulverization of the existing asphalt pavement for reuse as base, subgrade preparation; including earthwork, grading, and compaction of the reclaimed material; placement of a new polymer modified asphalt concrete base course and surface course.

Section 15301(c), Class 1, Existing Facilities, allows for operation, repair, maintenance, involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that existing at the time of the lead agency's determination but not limited to: existing highways and streets. Section 15302(c), Class 2 Replacement or Reconstruction, consists of replacement or reconstruction of existing structures and facilities where the new structure will be located on the same site as the structure replaced and will have substantially the same purpose and capacity as the structure replaced, including but not limited to: Replacement or reconstruction of existing utility systems and/or facilities involving negligible or no expansion of capacity.
