Caltrans approves of the encroachment permit that Charter Communications to bore on the South of West Temple Ave. at State Route 57 (Orange Freeway), to place a total of 261 feet of 3-inch conduit, to trench to place a total of 20 feet of 3-inch conduit, and to place 1 new Charter 17-inch x 30-inch vault in the city of Pomona, County of Los Angeles. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 60 inches, an average width of 12 inches, and a maximum length of 261 linear feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
