Document Description
The San Diego Water Board issued a Clean Water Act section 401 water quality certification (Certification No. R9-2026-0066) to the Project Applicant to rehabilitate an existing revetment along the shoreline at 407 and 409 First Street in Coronado. The Project entails removal and off-site disposal of existing debris revetment material, reconstruction of the revetment to include preparation of subgrade and placement of new filter fabric and a clean quarry waste rock layer, reuse and relocation of portions of existing debris revetment material within the revetment footprint, and addition of new quarter-ton rock to reinforce the revetment.
