Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number YOL-53238-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Farmland Reserve, Inc.
The project is limited to clearing out vegetation within the sloughs by performing mowing, masticating, and herbicide application over five non-contiguous acres each year. Arundo patches will be physically removed from the sloughs and disposed of. Trees at 4 inches in diameter at breast height or less will be removed as deemed necessary. No in-stream work will be required for the completion of the above-mentioned activities
