Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has amended Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Notification 1600-2016-0339-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to State Coastal Conservancy. The project involves adaptive management activities needed to improve drainage of the enhanced alkali meadow and seasonal wetland complex associated with Phase 1 restoration. Activities include construction of a swale between the alkali meadow and an agricultural drainage ditch, regrading of the ditch toward an existing pump station, and raising of culvert outlets from the seasonal wetland complex to match the new ditch elevation.
