Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for T-Mobile West Corporation to install two new telecommunications antennas and replace radio units on an existing utility pole, and to install a new equipment cabinet and conduit located within Caltrans right-of-way along post mile (PM) 8.95 on Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) State Roue (SR) 1 in the city of Oxnard, Ventura County. The project includes trenching east of the utility pole toward the cabinets to install new power connections. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 48 inches, an average width of 12 inches, and a maximum length of 36 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
