Document Description
Caltrans with Emergency authorization, proposes in SCr. Co.,
route 001 at PM 3.7 to replace a failing culvert. A sinkhole with culvert joint dislocation, the imminent threat of roadway loss is inevitable. A jacking process will be conducted within the ROW to install new culvert, with a 20’ by 20’ by 3’ RSP pad installed on outlet side and removal of roughly 24 trees, (22 oak, 2 willow). The need is to maintain existing drainage of the highway.
