Document Description
Caltrans proposes to repair a damaged culvert system that runs parallel to SR-4 and accepts surface runoff from the freeway. The project will use cut and cover replacement methods. Existing asphalt concrete (AC) pavement will be sawcut and the damaged culvert removed. New culverts of the same size and length will be installed and any damaged AC pavement striping/delineation will be replaced. The project will be constructed starting April 1st, 2026, and should be completed by the end of September.
