Document Description
Caltrans approves of the encroachment permit. Southern California Edison (SCE) is proposing to replace an existing distribution pole along State Route 138 (SR-138), E Palmdale Blvd, in the City of Palmdale. The existing 50-foot Class 3 wood pole 1217860E will be replaced in its existing location with a new 50-foot Class 2 wood pole on the sidewalk along SR-138 in the eastbound (EB) direction at postmile (PM) 45.837. Also, to remove 230 feet of cable and remove 174 feet of Span GUY located in Caltrans right-of-way. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
