Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-CCA-52900-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to White Gate Homeowners’ Association.
The project is limited to construction of a soldier pile and wood lagging retaining wall,
installation of subsurface drainage, placement of engineered fill, and restoration of
portions of the rear yard areas of the properties located at 27 and 33 Shawn Court to
isolate rear yards from the existing bank failure
