Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SOL-57335-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code, to Solano County Water Agency as represented by Max Stevenson.
This Project is limited to "routine maintenance activities," generally defined as periodic, recurring activities necessary to maintain the water transport capacity of stream channels, maintain structural and functional integrity of existing facilities (culverts, crossings, trails, etc.), bank stabilization for erosion prevention, stream flow monitoring and management, watercourse restoration, and habitat enhancement.
Routine maintenance activities authorized under this Agreement include: salmon spawning gravel maintenance and augmentation; sediment removal; trash, vegetation, and debris removal; maintenance and repair of water and flow measurement devices; maintenance and repair of existing culverts, ford crossings, roads and trails; maintenance of existing bank protection; bank stabilization using biotechnical stabilization techniques; temporary access routes; invasive terrestrial and aquatic plant management; and native plant revegetation/restoration.

2) Peterson Ranch near Lindsey Slough (Latitude 38.245047°, Longitude -121.786789°), including Miller Canyon Creek, The Big Ditch, and four unnamed drainages.
