Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-CCA-55135-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Richard Davies.
The proposed project is limited to the replacement of three deteriorating wooden retaining walls and the installation of a new stormwater outlet at the Project Location mentioned above. Project activities will be limited to vegetation removal and grading within the work area; the removal of the existing retaining walls; the installation of new wooden retaining walls, including new lateral and vertical supports, waterproof membranes, and gravel back drains; installation and removal of cofferdam water diversions; installation of boulder revetments and a new stormwater outfall; and the revegetation of the retaining wall areas and areas disturbed by construction. The majority of project materials will be moved by hand, with wheelbarrows, or with a small skidsteer, and a bucket excavator with an articulated thumb will be used to place boulders within the storm drain outfall zone. No trees will be removed during project activities.
