Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-CCA-53564-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to CAD Masters, Inc. The project is limited to restoration and stabilization of the creek bank to a maximum 1.3:1 graded slope, installation of planted rock slope protection (RSP), installation of native seed and placement of biodegradable netting above planted RSP. There is a staging area available at the top of the slope and material will be trucked and dropped at the staging area. An excavator working with a truck will be used to lay back the slope. An excavator with a thumb attachment will be used to key in and install boulders at the toe and along the slope face concurrently with the planting to be done with hand labor.
