Document Description
The project proposes that the California Department of General Services to convert a kitchen area on the 1st floor of the 1300 I Street Building to a Non-Gender Specific restroom to better accommodate visitors to the building. Work will convert approximately 87 square foot area from non-needed kitchen space (servery area) to a restroom. Work includes demolition of walls, counters, ceiling then construction of a restroom with the installation of plumbing for the toilet and sink, ductwork and fan for ventilation, restroom accessories and electrical for lighting and outlets. Additional work will install new electrical outlets for more vending machines.
