Caltrans approves of the encroachment permit that Southern California Edison (SCE) proposes to remove and replace pole #1319750E located within CALTRANS right of way along State Route (SR-)1 at PM 21.47, in the City of Hermosa Beach, Los Angeles County. The proposed work will remove pole #1319750E and relocate it one (1) foot to the east of the pole's current location. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 96 inches, a maximum width of 36 inches, and a maximum length of three (3) feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
