The project consists of rehabilitation of approximately 7,598 feet of existing 42-, 45-, 48-, 54-, and 72-inch diameter reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) sewer via sliplining fiberglass reinforced liner pipe, approximately 702 feet of existing 45-, 48-, 51-, 54-, and 72-inch
diameter RCP with plastic-lined reinforced concrete encasements, and rehabilitation of approximately twenty-two (22) manholes with a protective coating system.

The project will be constructed in eleven (11) Sections. Section 1: Begins at Manhole (MH) A 1090, east of Workman Mill Road and south of San Jose Creek, runs southeast for approximately 890 feet along the bike path south of San Jose Creek until it terminates at
Manhole MH A 581, approximately 900 feet southeast of Workman Mill Road. This section encroaches on the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works' right-of-way (ROW). Section 2: Begins at MH A 584, south of San Jose Creek (approximately due south from Elsah Avenue across the river) and within Los Angeles County Flood Control ROW. This section runs east/southeast, within Southern California Edison (SCE) ROW, between San Jose Creek and the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) tracks, for approximately 2,570 feet before turning south at MH A 588 to cross underneath the railroad tracks onto private property. At MH A 589, the section continues to run for approximately 600 feet southeast until it terminates on private property at MH A 590. Section 3: Begins
approximately 2,750 feet northwest of 7th Street within SCE ROW, north of the UPRR tracks at MH A 592, and runs southeast for approximately 930 feet until terminating at MH A 593. Section 4: Begins at MH A 601 on Salt Lake Avenue, approximately 225
feet west of Turnbull Canyon Road, and terminates at MH A 602 on Salt Lake Avenue, approximately 135 feet west of Turnbull Canyon Road, all within unincorporated LA County public ROW. Section 5: Begins at MH A 606 on Salt Lake Avenue, approximately 2,190 feet east of Turnbull Canyon Road, runs approximately 150 feet along Salt Lake Avenue, and terminates at MH A 607, all within public ROW in the City of Industry. Section 6: Begins at MH A 612 at the Parriott Place cul-de-sac east of Hacienda Boulevard in public ROW in the City of Industry, then runs northeast onto private ROW before turning southeast and running approximately 450 feet before terminating at MH A 614. Section 7: Begins at MH A 623, west of Bixby Drive and north of the UPRR tracks, and runs approximately 2,140 feet southeast, north of the railroad tracks, underneath several private parcels, and terminates at MH A 627. Section 8: Begins at MH A 631, west of the Azusa Avenue and Railroad Street intersection, on a private parcel, then runs approximately 160 feet northeast, within public ROW in the City of Industry, and terminates at MH A 632, east of the Azusa Avenue and Railroad Street intersection. Section 9: Begins at MH A 636 within a city-owned parcel approximately 710 feet south of the Railroad Street and Hatcher Avenue intersection, then runs southeast for approximately 1,080 feet, within public ROW in the City of Industry, before terminating at MH A 637. Section 10: Begins at MH A 640 on Railroad Street, approximately 1,500 feet east of the Railroad Street and Lawson Street intersection, and runs approximately 120 feet east on Railroad Street, terminating at MH A 641, within public ROW in the City of Industry. Section 11: Begins at MH A 642A on Railroad Street, approximately 600 feet east of the Railroad Street and Lawson Street intersection, and runs approximately 100 feet east on
Railroad Street, terminating at MH A 642B on Railroad Street, within public ROW in the City of Industry.
