Document Description
The Morello Park Elementary School Transitional Kindergarten Classroom Building Project (“Project”) includes the construction of one new 70 feet by 40 feet building, consisting of two transitional kindergarten classrooms and accompanying bathroom(s), and three adjacent rooms for ancillary uses, which may include a staff restroom, a work room and/or a storage room (“TK Building”). The site work adjacent to the new TK Building will include new concrete walkways and modifications to existing security fencing, playground areas and landscape improvements. The new TK Building will accommodate incoming transitional kindergarten students. Approximately three (3) trees will be removed as part of the Project. The anticipated start date of the Project is June 2026, with an estimated completion date of August 2027.
