License Agreement between the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks (RAP) and TFEG ABG LA JV LLC for the temporary use of the Crystal Springs Picnic Area in Griffith Park for the operation of the 2025 Los Angeles Haunted Hayride from August 25, 2025 through November 17, 2025 and includes 33 event nights, Sunday through Thursday between 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 a.m.; Friday and Saturday between 7:00 p.m. and 12 midnight. Attractions include a tractor hayride, three walk through mazes, a Boo-tique, and a carnival ride. Beneficiaries of the project are the patrons of the park.
