The proposed Project consists of the Grant of Rights to the Department of Water AND Power (LADWP) for the use of a 0.212-acre (9,247 square foot) portion of Pan Pacific Park for the exclusive right-of-way to install, inspect, operate, maintain, repair, reconstruct, replace, and upgrade electrical distribution facilities. Such electrical facilities will be of service to the Holocaust Museum LA. Beneficiaries of the project are the patrons of the park.
