Document Description
Project proposes the installation of an ice maker and the relocation of an existing water heater at the Steamer Lane Supply Company at Lighthouse Field State Beach to better serve customers and to create additional work space for the concessionaire. Work will:
• Install a new ice maker on inside of a fenced-in back entry way to a storage room and alleyway;
• Construct a wooden enclosure around the ice maker to obscure it from public view;
• In the storage room adjacent to the kitchen, remove an existing wash basin and small on-demand hot water heater; and
• Move an existing water heater from the kitchen to the storage room
