Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number BUT-48731-R2, pursuant to
Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Butte County Resource
Conservation District.
The project consists of (1) replacing existing road crossing culverts for unnamed tributaries to
Butte Creek at 17 locations along the roadway, (2) installing a new road crossing culvert at 1
location, and (3) widening and deepening a roadside ditch currently carrying flows from a
diverted unnamed stream at 1 location.
