The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), using state funding, is proposing to reroof maintenance station buildings. The purpose of this project is to replace roofs in order to prevent leaks and further damage, and to preserve and prolong the life of the structures. Due to age and normal wear and tear, these roofs have met their service life expectancy and need roof replacements
