The County of San Luis Obispo, Department of Public Works (County) proposes to install approximately 600-feet metal beam guardrail at two primary project locations on Turri Road and See Canyon Road within the county due to past occurrence of run-off road collisions at the subject locations. The need for this project is derived
from the County's recent Systemic Safety Analysis Program where the program analyzes crash history on an aggregate basis and identifies appropriate safety measures targeted at improving roadway safety.

maintenance, or minor alterations of existing public facilities (such as streets) involving negligible or no expansion of existing use are exempt. During review of the project no exceptions as described in section 15300.2 of the CEOA Guidelines, were determined to be applicable to the project.
