Document Description
Caltrans proposes digouts and rubberzied hot mix asphalt (RHMA) overlay on I-680 in Alameda and Santa Clara Counties from post mile M0.1 to M8.5 from the Jacklin Road Undercrossing to Scott Creek Road Undercrossing. Digouts will be conducted at existing damaged pavement sections, then cold planed and overlaid with RHMA. All work will remain within the existing paved roadway prism and very little disturbance is anticipated. Project construction shall begin no earlier than April 2026.
