Document Description
The project consists of geotechnical exploration and inclinometer installation near SBA MP 35.4 in Milpitas, California. Geotechnical exploration involves drilling five boreholes to a depth of about 60 feet to obtain geotechnical data and the installation of inclinometers to assess slope stability. This information will direct the longer-term design proposal of the potential SBA pipeline reroute. Rerouting the pipeline off the known landslide greatly reduces the potential for a landslide hazard impacting the SBA pipeline.
