Caltrans approved of the encroachment permit by Southern California Edison (SCE) proposing to remove and replace pole #4451123R and associated overhead wire crossing located within CALTRANS right of way along State Route (SR-)33 at Post Mile (PM) R5.67, as well as to perform associated temporary traffic control activities in the City of Ventura, Ventura County. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 72 inches, a maximum width of 24 inches, and a maximum length of two (2) linear feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
